BILLING INFORMATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Submitting your registration form and payment constitutes an agreement on your part to accept the following Terms and Conditions.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION AND UPDATES
You will receive your registration confirmation and credit card receipt by email. Please ensure that a valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box in case any related email(s) are caught by spam filters. You will receive essential information for registered John R. Dailey Zorro Squadron - Midway Reunion attendees electronically at the email address provided at registration.

HOTEL
All reservations must be made prior to Monday, March 16th, 2020. Guest room reservations may be canceled up to 48-hours in advance without penalty.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration payment is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the John R. Dailey Zorro Squadron.

RESERVATION CONTACT
Use the registration URL to register and pay for events online. Your registration is complete when John R. Dailey Zorro Squadron has received your completed registration form accompanied by the appropriate fee and has sent you a receipt confirming your registration.

RESPONSIBILITY
John R. Dailey Zorro Squadron and Strategic Meeting Partners, LLC made the necessary event arrangements, and in no way represents, or acts as an agent for the hotel, venues and other suppliers or services connected with the events. Housing and event services are subject only to the terms and conditions under which such accommodations and event services are offered or provided, and John R. Dailey Zorro Squadron and Strategic Meeting Partners, LLC and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns, accept no responsibility and liability therefor John R. Dailey Zorro Squadron and Strategic Meeting Partners, LLC are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused by the defect of any vehicle or the negligence or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out or performing any of the services involved.

Additionally, responsibility is not accepted for losses or expenses due to sickness, weather, strikes, wars or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided.

John R. Dailey Zorro Squadron and Strategic Meeting Partners, LLC reserves the right to make changes to the published itinerary whenever, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the event. They reserve the right to withdraw without penalty any event announced. John R. Dailey Zorro Squadron and Strategic Meeting Partners, LLC reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of the event or to require any participant to withdraw from the event at any time when such actions are determined by the on-site manager to be in the best interest of the health, safety, and general welfare of the event group or of the individual participant.

Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owner at all times. As a condition of participating in the designated event(s), each participant must agree to, and sign, the responsibility statement on the registration form.

YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
  • Access to The Ready Room at the hotel with an afternoon cash bar
  • Admission and self-guided audio tour of the USS Midway Museum
  • Private after-hours guided docent tour of the San Diego Air & Space Museum, followed by a cash bar reception and hosted buffet of Italian fare under the flight path of the airport in the stunning Museum Pavilion
  • Round trip transportation for the MCAS Miramar activity, a casual lunch, base tour and a reception at the Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum

With taxes, fees, and gratuities, your registration package is valued at over $500.00 per person.
